AGASSIZ CIRCLE
A new owner recently purchased this 3-story North Buffalo office building. The owner chose CSSC as their general contractor for renovations within the 5,000 s.f. building.
We performed the following work at this location: demolition of walls and erection of new drywall walls and soffits, creation of door openings, replacement of exterior stairs and sidewalks, installation of new exterior handrails, installation of new kitchen cabinets and countertops, installation of new acoustic ceiling systems, replacement of electric fixtures, installation of new window treatments, rework of the mechanical heating system, and minor plumbing repairs.
