BUFFALO LIFE SCIENCES COMPLEX

This new 290,000 s.f. state-of-the-art life sciences research building has two functions. The 5-story Roswell Park Cancer Institute Center for Genetics and Pharmacology contains wet and dry laboratories and focuses its research in the areas of genetics, pharmacology and therapeutics. The SUNY Buffalo Center for Excellence in Bioinformatics portion is a 4-story research facility for super-computing, commercialization of new products, drug design, and three-dimensional visualization. Both buildings share about 35,000 s.f. in common areas and complex building support services. CSSC was subcontracted for the installation of new rubber tile flooring and carpeting throughout the complex.

CSSC also installed speciality flooring within the clean and cold rooms.
